Totally Discreet:
All orders are packaged and dispatched discreetly without any indication of contents or our company name on the package. That means you don’t have to worry about compromising your privacy.
Order Status:
Simply click on the “Order Status” link in the Customer Service box on the lower left of the page and enter the requested information. This will allow you to see if and when your order has been received, processed and/or dispatched. You can even edit your dispatch address as long as your order has not yet been processed. NOTE: We are unable track packages once they have been dispatched from our facilities.
How long do orders take to process?
All orders are processed the following business day. Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are processed on Monday. Orders are usually dispatched the next business day from the time your order is processed (holidays and weekends are not counted as business days).
How long does delivery usually take?
Delivery times depend on product availability and the speed of the postal service. Standard delivery is usually 5-9 working days. Orders are dispatched by regular mail.
What is the email response time?
It is our goal to respond to any customer service inquiries within 24 hours (weekends and holidays excluded).
What are the shipping limits?
We can only dispatch to the countries available in the drop-down list in the shopping cart during checkout. We do dispatch to all EU countries.
